IGLOO RESERVATION POLICY

Thank you for your interest in our igloo dining experience! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please carefully review our igloo reservation policy:

1. Reservation Fee

   • A $60 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee confirms your reservation and will be charged when you provide your payment information over the phone.

2. Capacity Limits

   • Most igloos hold a maximum of 6 guests, with one exception that holds 4 guests only. If you arrive with more than the stated capacity (e.g., a 7th guest), we will deny service, as we cannot accommodate larger parties in the igloos.

3. How to Reserve

   • Reservations are taken exclusively by phone to ensure accurate booking details. Please call us directly to provide payment and secure your spot.

   • Please call during lunch hours or non-peak business hours. If we are busy with dinner service, we may not be able to answer the phone.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

   • Reservation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. This policy ensures fairness for all guests, as space is limited.

5. Menu Subject to Change

   • At our restaurant, the food is at the heart of what we do. We take immense pride in creating exceptional dishes with the highest-quality ingredients, and our menu reflects the creativity and passion of our team. As a result, our menu is subject to change without notice, based on availability and seasonality.

   • If where you are sitting is more important than the food you are eating, we kindly ask you to reconsider your reservation. Our concept is centered on creating a memorable dining experience through outstanding cuisine, and we welcome guests who share this appreciation.

6. Reservation Confirmation

   • Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive confirmation from our team. Please do not arrive assuming a booking without this confirmation.

7. Indoor Seating Policy

   • Our restaurant is very busy, especially on weekends. If your reservation is for an igloo and we are full inside, we will not be able to move you inside for your reservation.

   • The only exception is if another party inside wishes to trade their table for your igloo. Please plan accordingly and dress for the weather to fully enjoy your igloo dining experience.

8. Respectful Communication

   • We strive to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests. Aggressive or rude behavior toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in denial of service.

9. Right to Refuse Service

   • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we feel fit, to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
